Some of you should be able to reach the new domain by now. We hope that by the end of the day we’ll have the server switch finished and things will be back to normal. We’ll keep this site running for a month to remind people of the new RSS and URL. Thanks for your understanding.

Back To The Old Look

Sorry for the back and forth but I got some complaints that the blog was too hard to read using the new theme so I switched back to the old theme. There will be one more change. I am in the process of moving the blog to a new host, and away from WordPress. While I’ll still use WordPress as the blogging platform, I’ll have more control over the process and think I will be able to deliver a better user experience. Thanks for hanging in there with me while I make these changes.

New Site Look – PodcastingTricks.com

You may have noticed our new look. While I warned you a few weeks ago that we'd have some changes coming, these weren't exactly as planned. We use the WordPress system and generally find it nearly perfect. But since we have them host the site, the templates must reside on their server and are not very easy to change. And even worse, the WordPress templates change or just stop working. Such was the case last night so we went with this new look. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Changes Coming

In order to offer a better experience, I am updating and upgrading the blog and it will require those of you who manage your access here via RSS to resubscribe. If you don't see an update in your RSS feed from podcastingtricks sometime in the coming weeks, be sure to come back to the site manually and re-subscribe via the new feed. We're moving off the Word Press server to a hosted solution. This will help us to keep better track of site visits and allow us to use scripting technology not available on the WordPress server. If you visit the site by simply typing in the URL, www.podcastingtricks.com, you should not encounter any problems. Only those who rely on the RSS feed will need to do anything different.

New Look
